Yes! There is free on-street parking right outside the venue on Lochburn Rd, but these spaces can fill up fast, especially during the week. We do have additional parking available for up to 80 spaces. Please speak to a member of our team for details.
The closest bus stops are only a two-minute walk around the corner. Maryhill train station is also nearby with only a fifteen-minute walk away.
Of course! You can choose to have your ceremony in the main Engine Room, The Outhouse or even in The Garden.
Yes! The interior of the Engine Works creates an incredible post industrial backdrop for you photos. From there you can move to the gardens and then on to the stunning canal with lush green land and the serene canal walkways.
It's up to you! We can cater for up to 300 day guests. It's your wedding and we'll work with you on all sizes of weddings!
Yes. We can provide catering via one of our partner caterers. We have menu options and styles to suit your budget and theme. If you wish to provide your own catering, we will happily discuss the options here also.
Yes. We only ask they are recognised caterers and we can meet with them first to discuss the logistics and operations necessary to run a function at The Engine Works.
8am 'till 5pm, Monday - Thursday and 8am 'till late Friday to Sunday. We can always make allowances for extraordinary requests, just speak to the team to help!
Usually around midnight. We can arrange transport and bar/club access into Glasgow City Centre or the West End upon request.

With so many transport options into Glasgow City Centre from The Engine Works, any hotels in that vicinity would be ideal for overnight accommodation. Alternatively, if you do not want to stay in the centre, accommodation in Glasgow's West End around The Glasgow Botanic Gardens would also be a great choice.
